Why do we hate?

According to wikipidia then hate is diffined this way:
"Hatred (or hate) is an intense feeling of dislike. It may occur in a wide variety of contexts, from hatred of inanimate objects or animals, to hatred of oneself or other people, entire groups of people, people in general, existence, or everything. Though not always, hatred is often associated with feelings of anger."

So why do we hate so much?
Like the most used 'I Hate You!' kind of hate.

- normally this just comes out, without thinking of how this is received...THINK ABOUT THAT!

If we all just tried to think more positive, then FBHate would not exsist and then the world would be a much better place - below you see a standard 'I Love You' picture, and right away you will feel better just looking at it, but the feeling you get looking at the 'I Hate You' picture above, is not helping getting better - this makes you think 'again'.
